支撑钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效分析(附32例报告)

Analysise on the Effect of the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fracture with Strut Plate

目的:探讨采用支撑钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。方法:对32例胫骨平台骨折患者采用支撑钢板内固定术。结果:全部病例均获得随访。采用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法评估疗效,优18例,良9例,可4例,差1例。术后无1例深部感染、内固定松动及断裂,有3例浅表感染,经换药3周内愈合;有1例钢板外露,经局部皮瓣转移闭合创面,骨折愈合后无成角、短缩、旋转等畸形。结论:支撑钢板作为一种特殊设计的解剖钢板,对骨折固定效果好,治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效满意。

Objective：To study the effect of strut plate used to treat the tibial plateau fracture. Methods：32 cases of tibiM plateau fracture were treated through the strut plate fixation. Results： All patients were available for being followed up. According to Rasmussen＇s criterion, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 9, fair in 4, and poor in 1. no case complicated deep infection, loosening or breakage of the internal fixator was found. 3 cases complicated superficial infection and recovered after 4 weeks of dressing, 1 case complicated exposed plate and cured after the cutaneous flap shift. After fracture healed, there were no deformities such as angle changing, shortening, rotating and so on. Conclusions： As a kind of special design anatomical plate, Strut plate is reliable to tbe fracture fixation. It produces good effect on the treament of the tibial plateau fracture.
