与普通砂型此较,干砂消失模法所获灰铁件,其石墨生核能力增强,石墨密度较大,尺寸较小,且石墨尖角处明显钝化,石墨有由片状到蠕虫状及点球状发展的趋势,同时共晶团尺寸也明显减少。
