摘要 文章主要对CdZnTe探测器在天文物理研究中的应用进行综述。介绍了CdZnTe晶体的主要性质和CdZnTe探测器的工作原理,归纳总结了CdZnTe探测器在天文物理研究中的应用情况,从四个方面对CdZnTe探测器在天文物理研究中的应用特点和发展趋势进行了讨论。 In this article, a summary of CdZnTe detector for astrophysics applications is provided The main properties of CdZnTe crystal and the principle of CdZnTe detector are introduced The applications of CdZnTe detector in the astrophysics are summarized. The characters of applications and the development trend are discussed at four aspects.
