摘要
在介绍绿色工程项目管理概念及其现实意义的基础上,提出了基于层次分析法的绿色工程项目管理评价体系的建立步骤、指标体系建立原则和综合计算方法,以期对项目的绿色程度评价有所裨益.
Facing the drastic competition and the pressure from the government and public about the environmental protection, the project management must adjust their steps, taking sustainable development strategy and traversing a green road. Based on the concept of green engineering project management and its practical meaning, this paper provides establishing procedures, the principle of index system and Comprehensive calculation methods of Green project management evaluation system based on AHP to benefit green engineering project management evaluation.
