Design and Implementation of Real Estate Sale System Based on B/S

系统阐述了建立房地产销售系统的方法和技术实施,着重分析了房产销售管理的主要内容及管理过程,以此进行了系统功能设计和数据库结构设计,并对系统采用的B/S模式进行了研究.结合目前我国城市二手房销售的实际情况,开发实现了动态房地产销售系统.

This article describes the methods and techniques implementation to establish the real estate sale system, mainly analyzes the contents and managemental process of real estate sale, and designs the system function and database structure, then studies systems using B / S models. At last, it develops the dynamic real estate marketing system according to the sale situation of China＇s second-hand houses.
