摘要
2009年1月14日国务院常务会议原则通过《汽车产业调整振兴规划》后，据悉，计划出台的与其配套的实施细则至少有18个。目前已发布3个，涉及减征1．6L以下乘用车车辆购置税、开展“汽车下乡”、推广使用节能与新能源汽车，均已在全国引起很大反响，对有关车型的拉动作用究竟如何，还有待观察。其要点摘编如下（以发布时间为序）。
Jan. 14, 2009, Standing Committee of the State Council agreed in principle on ＂Plan for Adjustment and Vitalization of Auto Industry ＇. Since then, 3 relevant detailed rules on implementation have been issued, including reducing purchase tax for passenger vehicles lower than 1.6L, ＂Campaign of selling more vehicles to countryside＂ and promotion for energy-save and new energy vehicles.
