摘要
以对苯二甲酸(PTA)和氯化亚砜(SOCl2)为原料在相转移催化剂的作用下合成了对苯二甲酰氯(TPC),再将TPC与乙醇胺反应制备了β-羟烷基酰胺N1,N4-二(2-羟乙基)-对苯二甲酰胺(BAET)。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、DSC及TG分析对产物的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成物为目标产物;BAET熔融过程出现熔融双峰(结晶不完善所致);BAET的热分解温度为299℃,是一种优良的耐热型固化剂。
Paraphthaloyl chloride(TPC)was synthesized with paraphthaloyl acid and SOCl2 at the present of phase transfer catalyst. Then β-hydroxyalkylamide was prepared by the reaction of TPC and ethanolamine. The stucture and property of the product were investigated by FT - IR, ^1 H - NMR, DSC and TG analysis. The results showed that the synthesized product was the target product . The double melting peaks during the melting process of BAET was due to the imperfect crystallization. The thermal decomposition temperature of BAET was 299 ℃ and showed that BAET was a curing agent with good heat resistance.
