摘要
对国内某乙烯装置老区SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉改造方案进行了简要比较,对改造(BA-103、104、107、108)和扩容(BA-105、106、110)的内容和工程完成情况进行了介绍,对改造后裂解炉在收率、热效率、备用率等方面的改善进行了分析。
This article compares the modification proposals of SRT-Ⅲ furnaces in an ethylene plant in China,introduces the modification of BA-103,BA-104,BA-107 and BA-108 and the expansion of BA-a105,BA-106 and BA-110 as well as the progress of project,and analyzes the improvement of furnaces in product yield,thermal efficiency and percentage reserve.
