The Study on Personality Structure of "Gentleman" in Mind of Chinese University Students——Based on Investigation of 4982 University Students

理想人格的培养是当代大学生素质教育的最深层次、最关键的问题,通过科学研究方法对当代大学生心目中的"君子"进行准确定义是培养其理想人格的前提,而根据当代大学生的"君子"人格结构所提出的一系列"君子"培养路径,可以更好地为大学生所认同和遵行。

The cultivation of ideal personality is the deepest and most critical issue in the quality education for contemporary university students. The precondition to cultivate ideal personality is to use scientific research methods to give the accurate deftaifion of ＂gentleman＂ in the mind of university students. Based on the personality structure of gentleman in university stutents＇ mind, we can propose a series of ways to foster gentlemen which also can gain more approval and observance of university students.
