根据独立学院图书馆的特点,探讨了图书馆及其各部门岗位设定的原则和方法,以及人员编制、工资管理办法与模式。
Based on the characteristics of independent colleges' libraries, the article discusses the principles and methods of position setting up in different departments of the libraries, as well as the modes of personnel compilation and salary management.
