湛江实现到2020年农民收入翻番问题分析

Analysis on How to Double the Income of Rural Residents by 2020 in Zhanjiang

十七届三中全会明确提出,到2020年农民人均纯收入比2008年翻一番的目标任务。湛江现阶段农民收入增长缓慢,农民增收任务艰巨,应根据《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》要求,利用今后农村的改革和发展迎来的良好发展机遇和湛江农业基础较好,农民增收潜力较大的有利条件,克服现阶段影响农民增收的诸多制约因素,采取有效措施增加农民收入,确保完成收入翻番任务。

A definite goal to double the per-capita disposable income of rural residents by 2020 from the 2008 level was set at the third Plenary Session of the 17th Communist Party of China （CPC） Central Committee. At the present stage, the income of rural residents in Zhanjiang increases slowly and, it＇s an arduous task to promote its improvement. As in this case, we should make full use of the advantages, such as, the great opportunities in the rural development and reform, the better agricultural infrastructure in Zhanjiang, and the more potential in the income increase of its rural residents, according to CPC＇s decision on major issues concerning rural reform and development. And effective measures should be taken to ensure the realization of the goal by overcoming many elements that restrain the income increase of rural residents.
