Web2.0是一种以用户中心的网络技术和服务,它的出现为图书馆数字参考咨询服务带了机遇与挑战。该文介绍了Web2.0环境下数字参考咨询服务呈现的新特征,重点阐述了Web2.0技术中的Blog、Wiki和RSS在参考咨询服务中的应用。
As a new network technology centered on users, Web2.0 bring to the library digital references services a great opportunity and challenge. This paper introduces the new characteristics of digital references services in Web2.0 environment and mainly discusses the application of such Web2.0 technologies as blog, Wiki and RSS into digital references services in a library.
