摘要
改制企业职代会工作面临诸多新问题,其中既有思想认识上的不足,也有职代会基本职权、法律依据、工作制度和代表素质等方面的模糊和差距,亟需引起党、政、工领导机关的关注,在建设现代企业制度的同时,进行职代会制度创新,建立与市场经济相适应的中国特色改制企业民主管理框架。
We have to face up to a lot of problems in process of reforming the enterprises'employee congress. Some are in the mind, and some are vague in fights and law. Some are the imperfection of the working system, and some representatives are poor in qualities. The party and government and other power organs should pay more attention to it. In the meanwhile, we should reform the system and democratic administrative frame with Chinese characteristics which support the market economy in the process of building the enterprise's system.
