Explorations on Paths of Unbalanced Harmonious Regional Development since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of CPC

党的十一届三中全会以来,党和国家致力于探索出一条以科学发展观为核心的非均衡协调发展的新路径,实现了公平和效率的高度统一,使"看得见的手"和"看不见的手"得到了完美结合,构建起以企业为主的区域经济主体,带动区域经济效率的整体提升,对我国社会经济发展产生了重大而深远的影响,成为十一届三中全会彪炳史册的又一巨大贡献。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of CPC, China has been devoted to exploring a new path of unbalanced harmonious development centered on Scientific Outlook on Development. Such a path, perfectly combining the＂visible hand＂ and＂ the invisible hand＂, achieves high unity between equity and efficiency, constructs regional economy with enterprises as the body, and enhances the whole efficiency of regional economy. It has had a far-reaching influence on China＇ s regional economic efficiency and thus is thought of as another significant contribution of the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of CPC.
