沪市上市公司资质对自愿性信息披露的影响之实证研究

Impact of Shanghai Listed Companies' Qualification on Voluntary Disclosure of Information: an Empirical Research

以沪市2007年上市公司年报为样本,对样本公司的自愿性信息披露程度进行度量,通过多元回归分析检验了体现公司资质的7个因素对自愿性信息披露程度的影响。上市公司自愿性信息披露程度与公司规模、盈利能力、公司所处的行业竞争程度以及境外上市正相关,而与第一大股东持股比例负相关。

In this paper, with 2007 annual reports of Shanghai listed companies as samples, sample companies＇ voluntary disclosure of information is measured, and through multiple regression analysis the influence of the 7 factors reflected in company qualifications on the voluntary disclosure of information is tested. The results show that the voluntary disclosure of information of listed companies is directly proportional to company size, profitability, the company＇ s competitive edge in the industry as well as list overseas and is inversely proportional to the share of the largest shareholder.
