广西矿冶炼中超高碱度炉渣对耐火材料的侵蚀性研究

摘要 通过对广西高铁铝土矿进行抗渣试验研究,考察了粘土砖、高铝砖、刚玉砖和镁砖4种耐火材料对高铁铝土矿炉渣的抗侵蚀能力.结果表明,镁砖抵抗高铁铝土矿炉渣侵蚀的能力最强,并且炉渣可以完全自粉,利于氧化铝的提取.通过试验结果验证了耐火材料与炉渣酸碱性越接近,二者之间越不容易发生化学反应,炉衬的抗侵蚀效果越好的结论.文章通过研究提出了广西高铁铝土矿高炉炉衬应采用以MgO为基础的碱性耐火材料,为工业高炉的设计工作提供了依据. The resistance of clay brick, high-alumina brick, corundum brick and magnesia brick to the erosion by the slag produced by smelting the high-Fe bauxite from Guangxi was investigated by a slag-induced corrosion resistance test, and it was found that the magnesia brick possessed the highest corrosion-resistance, and that the slag could be completely serf-pulverized after reaction, thus facilitating the recovery of alumina. It was concluded that the closer the alkalinity of the refractory was to that of the slag, the more difficult the reaction between them became, and hence the better the resistance of the refractory to the slag-induced corrosion was. It is therefore suggested that a magnesia-base basic refractory material be used for the furnace linings.
