唐钢进口铁矿烧结性能研究及生产应用

A study of the sintering characters and application of imported iron ores at Tangsteel

对唐钢进口铁矿烧结性能进行研究,结果表明:不同品种进口铁矿的烧结性能不同.在唐钢炼铁北区现有的原燃料条件下,通过优化烧结配矿结构,调整烧结参数,烧结矿质量指标有所改善,能够满足高炉生产要求.

A study was made of the sintering character of the imported iron ores at Tangsteel, which showed that different imported iron ores had different sintering characters. By optimizing the blending structure and the sintering procedures, while without altering the existing raw materials conditions at Tangsteel, the technical-economic indices of the sintered ores were appreciably improved and could well meet the requirements of the BF production.
