FCC unit can＇t be shutdown. The gas pipe in use can not be replaced by the steam, but must remove the leak spots. So, job hazard analysis is used to identify the hazards in the plugging process. Then, it makes out the plugging maintenance plan and risk control measures for this gas pipe to assure the plugging safely.
