大学生完美主义与应对方式的关系

The Relationship between Perfectionism and Coping Style in University Students

目的:考察大学生完美主义与应对方式的关系。方法:采用大学生完美主义量表与应对方式问卷对320名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)大学生完美主义不存在显著的年级差异。大学生完美主义性别差异显著,男生在担心出错和父母要求两个维度上的得分显著高于女生得分,女生条理性得分显著高于男生得分。(2)大学生担心出错和条理性与解决问题、自责、幻想、退避、合理化均存在显著相关。(3)完美主义高分者在自责、求助、幻想、退避四个分量表的得分与完美主义低分者存在显著差异。(4)担心出错和条理性两个维度能够显著预测大学生成熟型应对,担心出错和个人标准维度能够显著预测大学生不成熟型应对和混合型应对。结论:大学生完美主义与应对方式关系密切。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between perfectionism and coping style in university students.Method:Perfectionism Scale for Chinese College Students and Coping Style Inventory were administered to 320 university students.Result:(1)The findings did not indicate significant grade differences in perfectionism of university students,but indicated significant gender differences.Males scored significantly higher than females in CMD and PEC,while females scored significantly higher than males in Organization.(2)CMD and Organization were significantly correlated with Problem-solving,Self-blame,Fantasy,Avoidance and Rationalization.(3)Students scored higher in perfectionism manifested different coping styles.(4)CMD and Organization were best predictors of mature coping.CMD and PS were best predictors of immature coping and rationalization.Conclusion:University students' perfectionism is significantly associated with coping style.
