摘要
由于库贝尔卡—芒可函数与实际条件的差异,染色过程中染料间的相互作用、染料共存对光吸收性能的(?)化,致使计算机配色的初次预测成功率不高。提出了利用实际染色处方来修正计算机配色处方的新方法,从而在初次预测计算时就能修正配色处方,提高初次预测处方的成功率。
It is generally considered that the low precision of computer colour matching(CCM) at the first step is caused by the difference between the assumptions of Kubelka - Munlc Function and practical conditions, the mutual competitiveness of dyestuff during dyeing process and the change of optical absorption due to the interaction of dyestuff. A method is introduced to give highly accurate CCM estimates in terms of practical recipes stored up at test rooms of dyeing workshops, and farther more can be used just at the first step of CCM.
