With the development of higher education and more autonomy in running universities, there are more and more serious risks in the financial management of universities. Under such situation and condition, more innovations in the financial management risks of universities are considered. Meanwhile, it requires further research and practice in the aspects of the innovation methods in the financial management control, the causes analysis, and the countermeasure innovation in order to assuring and improving the positive development of the financial management of universities.
