摘要
通过对高速棒材轧制、水冷和输送等各个环节热传导及边界条件的分析,应用有限差分法建立高速棒材热连轧过程温度场模型,并对整个连轧过程进行了温度模拟计算,获得轧件表面及其内部温度分布规律。结果表明,计算值和实测值有较好的一致性。
Based on the analysis of the heat transfer and boundary conditions during every processing stage of hot continuous rolling, Mathematical models to predict the temperature distribution of the working piece during hot high - speed bar rolling and cooling were presented by FDM. The temperature distribution on the surface and inner of the rolling piece was obtained. The result showed that there was a good agreement between the predicted values and measured ones.
