职业教育中的德育优化与创新

Optimization and Innovation of Moral Education in Higher Vocational Education

当前我国职业教育确立了以"服务为宗旨、就业为导向"的办学方针和"工学结合"、"校企合作"的人才培养模式。为了主动适应这一变化,做为德育工作要自觉地融合到职业教育办学方向的大局中去,使德育既育人,也促进生产力发展,坚持不断深化德育的教育教学改革,坚持职业教育中的德育优化创新,使当代职业教育承担起人才支持和知识贡献的双重任务。

Nowadays Chinese higher vocational education make it clear that the policy is ＂taking service as an aim,taking employment as a direction＂ and the talented person training mode is ＂combining the study with work＂ ,＂the cooperation between school and enterprise＂. To adapt to the change, moral education should consciously integrate into the overall situation of orientation in education provision. We should adhere to optimization of moral education innovation： the moral concept of innovation, the moral content of innovation and the moral education means of innovation. We should make the moral education either educate people or promote the development of productive forces. So it can undertake the dual task of talented people supporting and the knowledge contribution.
