2008年惠州市2种淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况调查

Investigation on the Infection of Encysted Metacercariae of Clonorchis Sinensis in Two Kinds of Freshwater Fish from Huizhou City in 2008

[目的]了解目前惠州地区常见食用淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。[方法]2008年,从惠州地区所辖惠东县、惠阳市采集鲩鱼和鳙鱼,用人工消化法检查鱼肉中华支睾吸虫囊蚴。[结果]检查鲩鱼287条,华支睾吸虫囊蚴阳性率为11.85%,阳性鱼囊蚴平均感染度为15.76个/尾;检查鳙鱼299条,华支睾吸虫囊蚴阳性率为1.67%,阳性鱼囊蚴平均感染度为1.60个/尾。[结论]惠州地区淡水鱼中存在一定程度的华支睾吸虫感染,鲩鱼的感染情况较鳙鱼严重。

[Objective]To undersrnd the infection level of encysted metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fish from Huizhou city. [Methods]Using artificial stomach fluid digestion method, the encysted metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fish Ctenopharyngoden idellus and Aristichthys nobilis collected from Huidong county and Huiyang city of Huizhou area were examined in 2008. [Results]The infection rate of encysted metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fish Ctenopharyngoden idellus and Aristichthys nobilis were 11.85 % and 1.67 %, average infectiosity was 15.76 and 1.60 per positive fish respectively. [Conclusion]There were different levels of infection of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fish from Huizhou city. The infection of Ctenopharyngoden idellus is more serious than that of Aristichthys nobilis.
