1992～2006年郴州市淋病流行特征分析

Analysis of Epidemiology Characteristic of Gonorrhea in Chenzhou City from 1992 to 2006

[目的]探讨郴州市淋病发病规律及其流行特征，为制定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对郴州市1992-2006年淋病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]1992～2006年淋病累积发病1969例，年均发病率为2．94／10万。1992～1996年、1997～2001年和2002～2006年3个时段的年均发病率分别为1．03／10万、2．76／10万和4．95／10万（P〈0．01）。年均发病率居前5位的为桂阳县、资兴市、临武县、宜章县和嘉禾县。年均发病率，男性为4．43／10万，女性为1．32／10万；发病率居前3位的是20-29岁（7．36／10万）、30～39岁（5．46／10万）和40～49岁（2．40／10万）。1969例病人中，农民占49．62％，工人占14．27％，商业服务占7．72％。[结论]郴州市淋病发病率有上升趋势，20～49岁、农民与工人为高危人群。

[Objective]To find out the epidemiology characteristic of gonorrhea in Chenzhou city, and to provide scientific basis for preventing and controling gonorrhea. [Methods] The statistical data of gonorrhea from 1997 to 2006 in Chenzhou city was collected and arranged, and then descriptive study was applied to analyze these data. [Results]There were 1969 cases of gonorrhea during the 15 years totally,and the average annual incidence was 2.94/100 000 from 1992 to 2006. The average annual incidence was 1.03/100 000 during the first five years,however it was 2.76/100 000 and 4.95/ 100 000 during the second and the third five years respectively. The differences among the three were statistically significant（ P 〈0.01）. The areas where the average annual incidence were the top five were Guiyang county, Zixing county, Linwu county,Yizhang county and Jiahe county in order. The average annual incidence of men was 4.43/100 000,and that of women was 1.32/100 000. The groups in which the average annual incidence were the top three were the 20 to 29 yearsold group （7.36/100 000） ,the 30 to 39 years-old group（5.46/100 000） ,and the 40 to 49 years-old group （2.40/100 000） in order. Among the 1969 cases, peasants, workers and business services staffs occupied 49.62 G, 14.27 % and 7.72 % respectively. [Conclusion]The trend of the incidence of gonorrhea was upwards in Chenzhou. The 20 to 49 years-old groups, peasants and workers were high-risk groups.
