构建我国高等教育评估行业协会的思考

Meditation on Establishing Chinese Association of Higher Educational Evaluation

2000多年前,中国就出现了行会的雏形——墨者行会。从历史的演变来看,虽然历经性质、名称、类型等多种变化,然而行、帮、堂、会馆、公所和行会等仍旧与今天的专业协会具有一脉相承、不可分割的缘分。如今,行业协会业已成为成熟市场经济国家的一种社会主体结构,教育评估中介机构亦属于其中欣欣向荣之一脉。近年来,中国高等教育评估事业逐渐从零散走向体系化,建立行业协会的基础已经具备,中国高等教育评估协会理当应运而生。

As early as 2000 ago Mozi Association,the rudiment of trade association,appeared in China.From the historical evolution,the trade association's character,name,type and others have changed many times.However,Hang(行),Bang(帮),Tang(堂),Huiguang(会馆),Gongsuo(公所) and the trade association come down in one continuous and indivisible line with today's professional association.Today,professional association is one of the main social structures in developed market-economy countries,and the intermediary organizations of education evaluation are flourishing as well.During the recent years,Chinese higher education evaluation has gradually stepped from the single road to systematic track.The foundation of professional association has been laid down.It is high time to establish Chinese association of higher educational evaluation.
