摘要
论述高校在扩大招生时向银行贷款过大而面临的风险问题,对高校过度负债的成因、危害以及偿债能力进行分析,提出破解高校还贷风险的建议。
This paper expounds the risk facing universities when they loan extremely large sums of money in the enrollment expansion.The paper explains the causes of universities' heavy debts,their harm,and universities' debt paying ability.The paper also presents some suggestions to deal with the risk.
