腹腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用

Application of nursing flow chart in perioperative period nursing of laparoscope operation.

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用。方法:依据围术期护理内容、要求制定出护理流程图。腹腔镜手术患者97例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组46例按照流程图进行护理操作,对照组51例实施常规的手术护理。比较两组患者术前心理状态、术中不良反应发生情况、手术器械准备情况及医师对护士满意度等。结果:术前两组患者心理状态无显著性差异,术中实验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),手术医师的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),手术器械准备较对照组更为完备(P<0.05),腹腔镜摄像系统故障率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程图的应用改进了腹腔镜手术的围术期护理程序,提高了护理质量。

Objective：To evaluate the application of nursing flow charts in perioperative period nursing of laparoscope operation. Methods ： According to contents and demands of nursing to institude nursing flow chart in patients with laparoscope operation. 97 cases of pa- tients with laparoseope operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The nursing procedure was per- formed in experimental group according to nursing flow chart and conventional nursing was performed in control group. Experimental datum of perioperative period were observed. Clinical outcomes of nursing procedures between experimental group and control group were analyzed and compared. Results： Before operation, the difference in psychological state of patient was no significance between experimental group and control group. During operation, the rate of adverse reaction of patients in experimental group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of satisfaction of doctor in experimental group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The operative apparatus in experimental group was perfect than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Between experimental group and con- trol group, there was significant difference for working state of laparoseope camera system （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After operation, the rate of satisfaction of patients in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： With application of the flow chart, rational nursing procedure was provided and the quality of perioperative period nursing could be promoted for patients with laparoscope operation.
