摘要
目的:探讨护理单元管理的运作模式,以缓解当前强势科室工作强度大,护理服务质量低及弱势科室人力、物力资源浪费等状况。方法:选择病床使用率较低的弱势科室和长期加床、超负荷运作的强势科室各2个,对弱势科室的护理人员进行全方位、多专科培训后,按新的管理模式运作。即弱势科室跨学科收治病人,强势科室可根据住院病人动态转入或分流病人到弱势科室,跨科住院病人的诊断、治疗、查房由专科医师负责。定期评价工作绩效,并进行实施前后的比较。结果:新管理模式下,弱势科室病床使用率、护士考核合格率和强势科室病人满意率、一级护理合格率均高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理单元新管理模式可以充分利用现有人力、物力资源,缓解强势科室护理工作量,提高住院病人满意率,促进护理技术和质量的提高。
Objective : To discuss the operational mode of nursing unit management, to alleviate the current strength of large sections of work intensity, the low quality of nursing services and the underprivileged sections of human and material resources as the status of waste. Methods :To choice the relatively low occupancy rate of the disadvantaged sections and long- term beds, overload operation of the two strong sections of the disadvantaged sections of the nursers staff to conduct all - round, multi - specialist training, in accordance with the new management mode of operation. That the disadvantaged sections interdisciplinary treated patients, a strong dynamic sections can be transferred to patients or triage patients to the disadvantaged sections, cross -divisional -patient diagnosis, treatment, ward round by the specialist. Regular evaluation of work performance and conduct before and after comparison. Results: After using new management model, the vulnerable sections of the bed occupancy rate, nurses examination pass rates and a strong department pa- tient satisfaction rate, level nursing pass rates were higher than before, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : New management model for nursing unit could take full advantage of existing human and material resources to ease the workload of a strong department nurseing, improve patients satisfaction rate, and promote technology and the quality of nurseing improve.
