护理干预对小儿静脉采血前后疼痛的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on the pain during venous blood collection in children.

目的:探讨护理干预对小儿静脉采血前后疼痛的影响。方法:对我科2008年5～8月收治的466例需静脉采血的患儿随机分为对照组和干预组各233例。对照组在静脉采血前后不给予任何干预,干预组在静脉采血前后给予抚触、鼓励等护理干预。观察静脉采血过程中两组患儿的疼痛面容持续时间、啼哭时间、不哭人数、心率变化及静脉采血结束后20 s内的啼哭人数。结果:静脉采血过程中干预组患儿的疼痛面容持续时间、啼哭时间较对照组明显缩短,不哭人数多于对照组,心率变化明显小于对照组,采血结束后20 s内干预组患儿的啼哭人数明显少于对照组。结论:静脉采血过程中护理干预可以减轻患儿疼痛反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the pain during venous blood collection in children. Methods： 466 patients were divided into control group and intervention group at random from May to August in 2008. The control group were given routine blood eolection,the intervention group were given such as wild touch ,encourage,et al. To observe the difference of pain time , cry time,children without cry and the number of cry after 20 seconds . Results：The incidence of adverse reaction in intervenLion group was evidently less than in control group. Conclusion：Nursing intervention could apparently reduce pain during venous blood colection and improve nursing satisfaction.
