摘要
目的:了解护士工作特征对护士健康状况的影响,分析导致护士亚健康的因素。方法:在我院随机抽取200名护士,对其健康状态进行问卷调查。结果:处于亚健康状态的护士占51.15%,其中睡眠时间、工作时间、工作压力是影响护士健康的重要因素(P<0.01)。结论:护士群体亚健康状态的发生率较高,应重视护士的亚健康状态,及早发现问题,早期防治。
Objective ：To find out the influence factors of working as a nurse lead to sub - health , and to analyse the influence factors. Methods：Taking 200 nurses in our hospital at random, and conducting a questionnaire survey to see their health status. Results：About 51.15 percent nurses were on sub - health status,of the most important factors that influence their health are time for bed,time for work and the work stress（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： A high incidence of nurses＇ sub -health status, the main factors that lead to subhealth was sleeping little ,working long hours, and the high - pressure career.
