摘要
用有限单元法,以Φ550×1500炼塑机的辊筒为例,按非轴对称载荷作用下的轴对称旋转体问题进行了应力分析,得出了区别于传统的简化设计方法的结论。并通过光弹性应力分析实验,验证了该结论的正确性,对进一步进行断裂力学分析提供应力场,可作为同类型辊筒的设计参考。
The stresses in the plastic milling roller with axialunsymmetric load are analysized by finite element method.Some strategies and conclusions different from the conventional design are deduced.Its validity is verified by photoelastic test and practical applications. It provides more accurate results than that given by fracture mechanics analysis. It may be useful for the design of this kind of roller.
