妇产科患者的心理护理

Psychological care of obstetrics patients

目的探讨心理干预对妇产科患者影响。方法采用心理卫生自评量表(SCL-90)、解亚宁自编的应对方式量表等进行心理社会评估,并做出相应心理护理对策。结果通过有效的心理干预,释放患者的心理压力,身心健康得到及时康复。结论有针对性的心理护理,可以增加妇产科患者的心理承受能力,有利于妇产科患者的临床和康复。

Objective To study the influence of psychological interventions for obstetric patients. Methods Mental Health Self-Rating Scale （SCL-90）, Xie Ya-ning Scale were used to evaluate psychology of these patients and to make the corresponding countermeasures for their psychological care. Results Their physical and mental health were restored through effective psychological intervention and the release of psychological pressure in a timely manner. Conclusion Targeted psychological care can increase the psychological afford ability for obstetrics and gynecology patients, and can promote their clinical rehabilitation.
