Objective To analyze the problems and management in the usage of instruments in NICU. Methods To avoid these problems, we emphasize examination to these instruments, enhance administrator＇s ability, equipment with special administrators and limit purchase channels of these instruments. Results These measures can effectively decrease accidents in neonatal nursing, warrant the safety of patients, and diminish instrumental wastage. Conclusion The exact management is an effective strategy for these problems in NICU instruments＇ usage.
