灯盏细辛对颅内血肿微创清除术后神经功能恢复的疗效评价

摘要 目的评价灯盏细辛注射液对颅内血肿微创清除术后神经功能恢复的有效性。方法将72例脑出血患者随机分成治疗组37例和对照组35例,对照组术后给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予灯盏细辛注射液静滴,15d为一个疗程,分别于治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分及疗效判定。结果治疗组的神经功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液,对颅内血肿微创清除术后神经功能的恢复疗效显著。
