异形钢板治疗累及跟距关节的跟骨粉碎性骨折

摘要 跟骨在人体负重和行走中起着重要作用，且多累及距下关节，治疗较棘手，并常留有不同程度的后遗症。我院采用跟骨异形钢板治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折，临床疗效满意。
