摘要
本研究以胃粘膜电位差(Potential difference PD)为主要检测手段,观察了食用明胶(Gelatin)、胃粘膜素对动物急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。结果表明:食用明胶、胃粘膜素能防止乙酰水杨酸(acetylsalicylic acid,ASA)所引起的胃粘膜PD下降(p<0.01)。病理结果也显示食用明胶、胃粘膜素能明显减轻或避免ASA所引起的胃粘膜损伤。结论:食用明胶对ASA所致的动物急性胃粘膜损伤有保护作用。
The therapeutic effectiveness of gelatin and gastron on acute injury gastric mucosa in animal were observed by assay for the potential difference (PD) of gastric mucosa. The results suggested that both gelatin and gastron inhibited significantly descent of PD of gastric mucosa resulted from acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in unimal experiment (p<0.01) and also that gelatin and gastron abatea remarkably injury of gastric mucosa resulted from ASA.
