This paper introduces the trouble-shooting for the faults of packing machines occuring frequently in production and then points out the shortcomings from traditional trouble-shooting method and general method that based on only the data treatment and discusses the basic principles of new trouble-shooting methods and finally introduces the function,characteristics and its simulation of packing robot.
