摘要
以AlCl3.6H2O为原料用焙烧法制备了聚合氯化铝(PAC),优化了工艺条件。实验结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件:焙烧温度290℃,时间30 min,熟化时间24 h,溶液稳定时间12 h。产品达到GB15892-2003中I类一等品指标,原水浊度为83.8 NTU的水样,经用PAC处理后,残余浊度为1.1 NTU;采用SEM观测了产品的晶形貌像,与已报道的液相法合成的PAC是一致的,27Al-NMR表明产品中含有Al13。
A poly aluminum chloride(PAC) was prepared by baking AlCl3 6H2O.The results showed that the optimal preparation parameters was obtained using orthogonal design: baking temperature as 290 ℃;baking time as 25—30 min;ripening time as 24 h;solution sitting time as 12 h.The products met the first grade in type I of GB15892-2003.Processed by the products,the turbidity of water recovered from 83.8 NTU to 1.1 NTU.The microstructure of the PAC was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),confirmed with previous synthesized PACs.Its Al13was detected by 27Al-NMR.
