摘要
提出了几种不同排列形式的多阵元激波发生器,采用坐标变换的方法对不同数量和不同排列形式的多阵元激波发生器的声场进行了模拟。结果表明随着阵元数量的增多,聚焦区域的声压逐渐增大,聚焦声压最大值发生在声轴线附近的聚焦范围内。考虑到加工等综合情况,阵列呈圆形等间距排列较优,这为以后多阵元激波发生器的设计提供了理论依据。
Several different element arrangement forms of multi-elements shock wave generators are put forward and its acoustic field distribution is simulated by the coordinate transform method.The results show that the acoustic pressure increases gradually in focused zone as the increases of elements number,and the maximum appear nearby the axis of the transducer.Considering the condition of processes,the circular arrangements of elements with equal interval on the concave sphere are optimal.The results can provide the theory foundation for the design of multi-elements shock wave generator.
