30例弱视多焦视网膜电流图总结

摘要 目的:运用多焦视网膜电流图(multifocal electroretinogram,mERG)评价弱视患者的局部视网膜功能。方法:采用103个六边形刺激图形,记录30例弱视患者mERG的b波振幅密度值在六环的表现。结果:47只弱视眼mERG在1环和2环b波振幅分轻、中、重不同程度下降,三维(3D)图显示中央局部视网膜功能降低,其中14只眼的3D图表现中心峰偏位现象。结论:多焦ERG是一种评价局部视网膜功能的新技术,对弱视的诊断和分类以及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。 Objective: To evaluate the local retinal function of patients with amblyopia by muhifocal electroretinogram. Methods: Used 103 the hexagon stimulating graphics, record performance of mERG amplitude of the b-wave density of 30 cases with amblyopia in the six central. Results: The b-wave amplitude of 47 visually-impaired eyes mERG in Central 1 and Central 2,drop at light, medium and heavy to varying degrees, Map three-dimensional(3D) showed that local central retinal function level down, the 3D map of 14 eyes expressed Center-peak-phenomenon. Conclusion: mERG is a kind of new technology to evaluate the local retinal function, it has great significance on the classification and diagnosis of amblyopia, as well as to guide clinical treatment.
