当归、川芎嗪对脑缺氧缺血后再灌注损伤的影响 被引量:23

摘要 小鼠腹腔注射KCN造成脑缺氧、双侧结扎颈动脉造成脑缺血后再通血,TBA反应比色法测定脑组织脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量。实验结果表明,脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注脑组织MDA含量较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05),当归、川芎嗪对脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注脑组织MDA增高有明显的抑制作用(p<0.01,p<0.05)。说明当归、川芎嗪合剂具有某种程度抗氧化、抑制自由基作用,从而减轻脑缺氧、缺血后再灌注损伤,起到治疗作用。 Injection of KCN caused brain anoxia and ligation of carotid artery bilate- raly led to reperfusion followong ischemia in rats. Methyldialdehyde (MDA) contents were measured using TBA photoclorimetric method. The results indicated that MDA contents in brain induced by hypoxemia. ischemia and reperfusion increased significantly as compared with control groups(p<0.05). Angelica sinensis and ligusticum wallichii could evidently inhibit MDA in- duced by hypoxemia, ischemia and reperfusion (p<0.01; p<0.05). It sho- wed that angelica sinensis ligusticum wallichii might reduce damage caused by anoxia, ischemia and reperfusion in brain by antioxygen and decrease in the free radical-induced lipid peroxidation.
