摘要
目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星凝胶剂的体外释放度及释放动力学。方法:采用HPLC法测定释放介质中盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量,以此为指标,采用透析法研究凝胶与乳膏的体外释药特性。结果:凝胶剂中盐酸左氧氟沙星在36h已基本全部释放,释放过程以Weibull模型拟合最佳。与乳膏剂比较,释放速率快,释放完全。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星制成凝胶剂后,具有速释作用,考察方法稳定、可靠。
Objective:To study in vitro release rate of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Gel.Methods:Levofloxaein Hydrochloride in the releasing mediator were determined by HPLC, and the drug releasing characteristics of Levofioxacin Hydrochlorlde Gel and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride ointment were studied by bag filter method. Results:Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Gel can release within 36 hours, Weibull distributing modle is the best simulation for in vitro release. Comparing with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride ointment, Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Gel release quickly and completely. Conclusion :The Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Gel is able to release rapidly, and the method is convenient, stabilize and reliable.
