丙泊酚和氯胺酮联合麻醉在人工流产的应用

The application of the combined anesthesia with Propofol and Katamine in induced abortion

目的:探讨丙泊酚和氯胺酮在人工流产中的镇静效果。方法:将200例早孕妇女分为观察组与对照组,观察组术前给丙泊酚1.0～1.5mg/kg+氯胺酮1.0mg/kg,混合液缓慢静脉推注后行人工流产术。术中根据患者肢动情况追加适量丙泊酚和氯胺酮混合液的半量,直至手术结束。对照组术前、术中均由患者自己手持面罩自控吸入浓度50%的笑气,行人工流产术。结果:观察组镇静效果100%,宫颈扩张率96%,对照组镇静效果54%,宫颈扩张率60%。结论:丙泊酚和氯胺酮应用于人工流产术具有麻醉效果好、苏醒快、麻醉并发症少的优点,镇静、镇痛效果安全可靠,最适合门诊实施无痛人工流产术。

Objective： A survey to the narcotic effect of Propoifol and Ketamine adopted in induced abortion. Methods： 200 unexpected pregnant women divided as the observing and the comparative group. The former is mainlined with the mixture of Propofol 1.0-1.5 mg/kg and Katamine 1.0 mg/kg in the process of abortion, during which half dosage of the mixture is added according to the patient＇s conditions until the end. Compared with the effect during and ahead of the induced abortion, in which the patients are inhaled the giggle gas of 50% concentration under my own control of the automatic cover. Results： the observant group＇s narcotic effect is 100%, the expanding effect of the genital neck is 96%; the comparative group＇s narcotic effect is 54%, the expanding effect of the genital neck 60%. Conclusion： the application of Propoifol and Ketamine to the induced abortion has a good narcotic effect, advantage of coming to sense sooner, side effect lesser, which is reliable and can best fit to the painless induced abortion.
