摘要
冲压成型在整个制造业的生产中占有十分重要的地位。模具制造(CAD/CAM/CAE)是整个冲压成型链条中最基础的要素之一。其追求的目标是提高产品质量及生产效率、缩短设计及制造周期,降低生产成本、最大限度提高模具制造业的应变能力。本文研究了基于Pro/e的差速器油封盖冲压模具的设计过程。
The ramming formation has the very important status in the production of manufacturing industry. The mould making (CAD/CAM/CAE) is one of most foundation essential in the chain of ramming formation. Its goal is improving the product quality and the production efficiency, reducing design and the manufacturing cycle, re- ducing the production cost, enhancing the strain capacity of mould manufacturing mostly. This article studied the oil packing design of differential ramming mould which based on the Pre/e.
