摘要
取家兔经络穴位下的皮肤做冰冻切片,HE、偶氨胭脂红和甲苯蓝三种染色方法染色,光镜观察到真皮层内由单层扁平细胞构成的管道,其中悬浮着特殊的纤维束,管道和纤维分叉处呈三通型,有的小管道与小体样结构相连,其一侧绕过小体,另一侧与小体壁相延续,经络阻断后其纤维和管道都发生了改变。作者认为该结构很可能就是传统的经络的形态学基础。
Frozen sections stained with hematoxylin-cosin, azocarmine, toluidine blue were made with skin of rabbit under meridian acupoints. Tube enclosed with simple squamous epithelium was found in the dermis. In it there suspended special fiber bound. At the branching of the tube and fiber bound was a three-limb tube shape. Some small tubes linked with a corpus-like structure and in one side they cross the corpus,but in other side their wall is conti- nous with that of the corpus. Both the fiber bound and the tube changed after blocking the meridian. So we suggest that this structure is the morphologic base of traditional meridian.
