摘要
本文应用放射免疫法测定了50例甲亢患者及50例正常人血浆心钠素浓度,对其中25例甲亢患者测定了治疗前后血浆心钠素、肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度。结果表明甲亢患者血浆心钠素、肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ明显升高,治疗后明显降低。甲状腺激素可能有促进心房肌细胞释放心钠素作用。
The plasma atrial natriuretic peptide level was measured in 50 cases of hypertnyroidism by means of radioimmunoassay, compared with 50 normal person. The plasmsa atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) plasm renin activity (PRA) and angiotension (A Ⅱ) were measured in 25 cases of hyperthyroidism before and after treatment. The result showed that the mean of ANP, PRA and A Ⅱ was increased in patients with hyperthyroidism than normal control and was markeedly decreased after treatment. The thyroid hormone might stimulate the secretion of ANP by atria muscular cells.
