摘要
通过动物实验对家蝇幼虫进行了营养评价,同时对中国传统食品八珍糕古方中蝇蛆的作用进行了初步研究。以家蝇幼虫干粉作为膳食蛋白质源喂养大鼠,测得蛋白质功效比值(PER)为2.69,与酪蛋白对照组相比,PER显著高于酪蛋白(P<0.005),此外动物实验还表明喂饲家蝇幼虫粉可提高实验动物的血色素水平。
This paper mainly concerns the nutritional evaluation of the house fly (Musca domestica) larvae—HFL,and the effect of the HFL in Chinese children's traditional health food,“Bazhengao”.The evaluation as well as the aforementioned effect have been determined through animal experiments.When HFL is used as a dietary protein source to feed animals,the protein efficiency ratio(PER) is 2.69.The PER of HFL protein is significantly higher than that of casein control group (P<0.005).The animal experiments also show that HFL can improve the hemoglobin levels of experimental animals.
