摘要 间氟甲苯与仲丁基锂在TMEDA存在下反应生成取代苯基锂,后者与DMF作用,经酸化,得到2-氟-4-甲基苯甲醛。 m -Fluorotoluene was prepared in the presence of TMEDA with s -butyllithium. The substituted phenyllithium then reacted with DMF, after acidification, 2 -fluoro -4 -methylbenzaldehyde was prepared.
