虚拟经济的本质是一种价值权利的转移,它脱离了实体经济的具体生产过程,利用人们心理预期变化所造成的短期市场价格波动来赚取价差收益。在虚拟经济交易过程中,价值权利所代表的实物资本的物量和用途并未发生变化,也没有创造出新增价值,而只是实现了交易各方的货币收入再分配。虚拟经济对实体经济产生影响的关键性因素是虚拟经济的市场流动性,只有保持虚拟经济的适度流动性,才能真正起到改善实体经济融资环境、优化资源配置和产业结构的功能,实现虚拟经济和实体经济的稳定协调发展。

Independent from the production process of real economy, virtual economy implies a kind of transfer of right to value, taking advantage of psychological changes caused by short-term market price fluctuations to generate spread income. In virtual economic transactions, the value of the right to represent the volume of physical capital and the use of the material has not changed and also no new value has been created while only currency income redistribution have been achieved. Since the market liquidity of virtual economy crucially influences the real economy, to maintain an appropriate liquidity should be the only way out for the virtual economy to help improve the financing environment of real economy, optimize the allocation of resources and industrial structures, realize a stable and coordinate development with the real economy.
